In order to maximize each participant’s experience, attendance at the ASH State-of-the-Art Symposium is limited. Your registration fee includes admission to the educational sessions and networking reception, access to the exhibit hall, breakfast and lunch on Saturday, and CME processing.

1. Non-member residents and fellows must provide an original letter on their institution’s letterhead signed by a Training Program Director stating that the registrant is enrolled in a training program.
2. Allied health professionals must provide proof of their status in order to register at this rate (i.e., employee ID which states position, copy of license, letter from supervisor).
Cancellation Deadline
To cancel your registration, please email customerservice@hematology.org. Please note that the deadline to cancel your registration and receive a refund was August 31st.
