In order to maximize each participant’s experience, attendance at the State-of-the-Art Symposium is limited. Your registration fee includes admission to the education sessions and networking reception, access to the exhibit hall, breakfast and lunch on Saturday, and CME processing.

Registration Rates

Advance Registration (available through September 3)

1. Non-member residents and fellows must provide an original letter on their institution’s letterhead signed by a training program director stating that the registrant is enrolled in a training program. Since this letter must accompany the registration form and payment, non-members in training must register by mail.
   
   
2. Allied health professionals may register by mail or online; prior to registering online, please e-mail cme@hematology.org or call 202-776-0544 to receive instructions on the process and credentials needed for registering at this rate.

ASH Emeritus and Honorary members must contact the ASH Education and Training Department at 202-776-0544 or cme@hematology.org to register.

Deadlines

The deadline to register for the SAS is September 3, 2010. The deadline to cancel your registration is August 31, 2010. To request a refund, e-mail cme@hematology.org. If your request is received by August 31, you will receive a refund minus a $25 processing fee.
