61st ASH Annual Meeting
ASH designates this live activity for a maximum of 31.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 31.5 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine's (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
How to Claim CME/MOC or Request a Certificate
If you plan to claim CME credit or ABIM MOC points for your participation at the meeting, please check the appropriate box during the registration process, and plan to complete the online program evaluation, which will be available once the meeting is underway. For ABIM MOC points, you will be asked to submit a reflective statement on intention to change practice based on the knowledge gained from participation in the meeting. Upon review and approval of the statement, points will be submitted to the ABIM by ASH. A processing fee of $30 will be charged for CME credit/ABIM MOC points.
- MOC Deadline: December 31, 2019 (points will be posted to your ABIM account by early January 2020)
- CME/Certificate of Attendance Deadline: April 17, 2020
