With ASH Assist, help is just one text message away!
During the ASH annual meeting only, send a text message to “69050” to ask a question or report an issue or concern, and you will receive a prompt response.
Here's how ASH Assist works:
- Address the text message to 69050
- Type “ASH” followed by your question or concern and location, if applicable (do not enter a comma or other punctuation after "ASH" as doing so will prevent us from receiving your message)
Here are a few example questions:
- Q: ASH it’s very cold in session room 101. Can you make it warmer?
A: We have notified the convention center, and they are sending someone to fix it now.
- Q: ASH the Blood and Beyond session is full. Where is the overflow room?
A: You can watch the session in overflow room 211.
Please note: standard text message rates may apply.back to top

Rooms will be pre-set with a conference table and chairs, a flat screen monitor, and cables to connect laptops. Each attendee will be limited to one 45 minute reservation per day.
Interested in reserving a room?

Please note that space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Back-to-back reservations are prohibited, and no catering or additional audio visual equipment is permitted.
Collaboration rooms are intended for non-commercial attendees (physicians, researchers, etc.) to meet with each other. They are not designed nor available for industry representatives to conduct meetings of a commercial nature. Industry is welcome to request ancillary event space or exhibitor meeting rooms.
