“Revision of Payment Methodology for Drugs and Biologicals Under Medicare Part B” Bill Introduced

On April 25, Representative Ralph Hall (R-TX) introduced the “Revision of Payment Methodology for Drugs and Biologicals Under Medicare Part B” bill. This legislation would set the floor for Part B drug reimbursement at no less than the widely-available market price for the drug or biological and would revise the ASP calculation to exclude some prompt-pay discounts.
