ASH Practice Forum Scheduled in San Diego

The Business of Practice: The Evolving State of Hematology Practice—Progress and Challenges in 2004 Advocacy Efforts

Saturday, December 4, 6:00-7:30 pm, San Diego Convention Center, Room 33

The ASH Practice Forum is designed for members in practice. The forum will engage members in a discussion about current topics important to the practicing hematologist. The program will feature studies conducted by members of the Committee on Practice on emerging workforce issues in the practice of hematology, a report to the membership on ASH’s advocacy efforts related to physician reimbursement and an outline on future initiatives, followed by a question and answer session. Following the program, Genentech BioOncology is sponsoring a reception for practitioners.

Please take this opportunity to learn more about the Society's efforts in practice-related issues. If you have any questions or need additional information about the forum, please contact Stephanie Kart, ASH Government Affairs Assistant, at 202-776-0544 ext. 1163.
