ASH has secured a block of rooms for meeting attendees at the special discount rate of $275 (plus tax, currently 15.4%) for a single or double room. To reserve a room call the Hilton Chicago directly at 877-865-5320, or visit Hilton's ASH State-of-the-Art Symposium reservation site.

If booking by phone, be sure to mention the ASH State-of-the-Art Symposium to receive the group rate. The hotel reservation deadline is August 11, 2009. Rates cannot be adjusted at check-in or check-out for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time the reservation is made.

Please be aware that the Hilton Chicago will immediately charge one night’s room cost as a deposit to the credit card used to secure the reservation. Make reservations well before the cutoff date to ensure availability.

Room Reservation Cancellations

Hotel cancellations must be made by 3:00 p.m. (Central Time) at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid a penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival date or failure to check in will result in one night’s rate charged to your credit card.

Ground Transportation

The Hilton Chicago is located about 18 miles from the O’Hare International Airport. Transportation from the airport to the hotel can be arranged through Go-Airport Shuttle or taxi. Go-Airport Shuttle is available on the lower level of the airport, and no reservation is required.
