1Partner societies include: Illinois Medical Oncology Society (IMOS), Indiana Oncology Society (IOS) Iowa Oncology Society (IOS), Michigan Society of Hematology and Oncology (MSHO), Missouri Oncology Society (MOS), Medical Oncology Association of Southern California (MOASC), The Arizona Clinical Oncology Society (TACOS).

2Non-member residents and fellows are required to provide a signed letter from their program director on their institution’s letterhead, which states that the registrant is currently enrolled in a training program. Registrants will have an opportunity to upload an electronic copy of the letter during the online registration process, or provide a hard copy when registering on site.

3Allied health professionals are required to provide documentation that proves their eligibility to register at this rate. Accepted credentials include a copy of your badge, official state license, or a letter from your supervisor. Registrants will have an opportunity to upload an electronic copy of the approved documentation during the online registration process, or provide a hard copy when registering on site.
