The American Society of Hematology’s 52nd Annual Meeting and Exposition will be held December 4-7, 2010, at the Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, FL. Maximize your exposure to more than 20,000 attendees by claiming the spotlight as an industry supporter of annual meeting special events and promotional items. These 2010 ASH Annual Meeting support opportunities drive traffic to your booth by helping build strong name recognition and increasing exposure.
In addition to the item-specific acknowledgments, your organization’s support will be prominently acknowledged in the abstract issue of Blood, in ASH News Daily, in the Program Book, on signage in the registration area, and in other appropriate areas of the convention center, as well as on the ASH website.
ASH News Daily Online - $10,000
The annual meeting daily newspaper is posted on the ASH website so that those who could not attend the annual meeting can still read about sessions they missed. This portion of the ASH website, where supporter-acknowledgment will be made, also receives high traffic following the annual meeting.
ASH News Daily (Tuesday’s edition) - $25,000
During the 2010 ASH Annual Meeting attendees can read about key presentations through this daily publication. Your organization’s name and logo will appear in the publication.
E-Mail/CME Pavilions - $25,000 per pavilion (four opportunities)
The e-mail/CME pavilions will be accessible throughout the convention center for meeting attendees to stay connected to their offices and will provide the opportunity for attendees to claim their CME credits on site. Acknowledgment of this support will be featured on a tower next to the computer stations as well as on the screensavers of each computer. (Please note: Attendees may also claim their CME credits online at www.hematology.org.)
Program Book - $80,000 each (multiple opportunities)
The Program Book will be distributed on site in the meeting bag. It provides attendees with the full schedule of events, including oral sessions, poster presentations, scientific committee sessions, and receptions. Support of this product permits ASH to provide one copy of the Program Book to each meeting attendee.
Poster Hall Receptions - $35,000 (three opportunities)
ASH annual meeting poster hall receptions will be held on Saturday, December 4, through Monday, December 6, during poster hall hours. These receptions are open to all meeting attendees.
Registration Confirmation E-Mail - $75,000
The corporate supporter logo will be included on the registration confirmation e-mail. More than 10,000 physicians are expected to register online.
Webcasts - $30,000
The webcast will be posted on the ASH website; users will be able to hear audio recordings of the presentations while viewing associated color slides. This allows attendees to hear sessions they may have missed because of scheduling conflicts.
Educational Support Opportunities
Abstracts on CD-ROM - $100,000 each (multiple opportunities)
The 2010 ASH Annual Meeting Abstracts on CD-ROM/Internet Program Planner will contain all abstracts accepted for presentation. Attendees can use the program to review all the annual meeting abstracts and schedule their time to view abstract presentations.
ASH Educational Publications on CD-ROM - $25,000 per 5,000 units
ASH exhibitors can order customized CDs containing selected excerpts of ASH educational publications for use as giveaway items at their booths. Exhibitors can select articles from Hematology 2010, Hematology 2009, and any issue of Blood, and request a compilation CD of these articles to use as a giveaway in the exhibit hall. Your company may select articles on any topic (or collection of topics) of your choosing. You may order in multiples of 5,000 units. Note: ASH retains the copyright.
Hematology 2010 (Education Program Book) - $100,000 each (multiple opportunities)
The Education Program Book serves as a hematology textbook and corresponds with the educational sessions held at the ASH annual meeting. Support of this product permits ASH to provide one copy of the textbook to each meeting attendee and all ASH members free of charge.
Education Program CD-ROM - $150,000 each (multiple opportunities)
The CD-ROM features the slides and audio captured of education programs and special sessions. Support of this product enables ASH to offer it to meeting attendees at a significant discount. Your organization’s name and logo will be on the CD-ROM cover.
