The American Society of Hematology (ASH) is the world’s largest professional society concerned with the causes and treatments of blood disorders. There are a variety of opportunities for industry to support the Society’s educational programs and annual meeting materials and services. As a benefit for supporting ASH initiatives, priority points are awarded. These points determine your ranking and placement on the exhibit floor at future ASH annual meetings.
Each year, ASH is the fortunate recipient of support from throughout the corporate community. The Society is grateful to all those who are committed to ASH and the support of its mission.
ASH encourages corporations to become ASH Corporate Friends. This program is aimed at those corporations that demonstrate a clear interest in hematology, illustrated by their products and services.
Meetings
There are many opportunities for companies to have a presence at ASH meetings. These support opportunities are associated with educational grants of varying amounts, and are acknowledged in the Society’s meeting publications, on the ASH Web site, and with the associated program or product supported.
The awards are made possible through grants from the corporate community, individual ASH members, foundations, and operating funds committed by the Society. Scholar Awards are the Society's top priority, and the priority-point system weighs heavily in favor of supporting this program. In addition, without the financial assistance provided by the Travel Awards, many individuals would not be able to attend the annual meeting and present their work.
